No Refund Policy

All payments made to 10000Coders are non-refundable. By enrolling in our programs, students acknowledge and accept this policy. This ensures mutual commitment and maintains the integrity of the learning experience for all participants.

We strongly encourage students to:

This helps ensure the course aligns with your learning goals and expectations before making any financial commitment.

Refund Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds are only considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment
    • If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment due to a technical glitch or transaction error, the extra amount will be refunded.
    • A formal request along with payment proof must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
    • Verification may take up to 5–7 business days.
  2. Course Cancellation by 10000Coders
    • If a course is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will receive a full refund.
    • Alternatively, students may opt to shift to the next batch or another course based on the valid reason.

No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Discontinued or incomplete participation
  • Dissatisfaction after partial course access
  • Personal circumstances such as job change, exams, travel, etc.

Processing Time for Approved Refunds

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
